Great for managing team projects, even the free plan!

I've been using Taskade for Resource Allocation and it's been a solid choice for my small team. The free plan is actually quite generous, letting us manage a good number of projects and tasks without feeling too restricted, which is a big plus compared to some other tools like ClickUp. I did consider upgrading to get more storage, but their promo codes are a bit hidden; I wish they were more prominently displayed. Overall, it's a fantastic tool for staying organized and collaborating effectively.

Mostly positive experience

I started using Taskade primarily for its Project Calendars and the Real-time Collaboration features for a small team. The setup was intuitive, and getting everyone on board was quite easy. Delivery of the software was instant, as expected for a subscription. Most features worked as advertised, and the integration with my existing tools was smooth enough. My only minor gripe was that the search function for old notes within a specific project could be a bit quicker. It wasn't a deal-breaker, but it did take an extra second or two sometimes. Overall, it's a solid platform with lots of good features, and it improved our team's organization.

Good for tasks

I used Taskade for simple task management. It worked fine. Easy to set up recurring tasks. Got my work done. No issues.

Good value for annual plan

I decided to try Taskade for my freelance work. I opted for the annual plan which gave a decent saving over monthly billing, making it feel like a smart move budget-wise. The Mobile App has been super useful for managing client projects on the go. For the features I got, especially the AI Workflow Generator, the price felt very reasonable. I think I got good value for my money compared to what I was spending before.

Always reliable service

Another solid experience with Taskade. I upgraded my annual plan again this year; it was just as smooth as the last time. The Multi-Platform Sync keeps everything consistent across my devices, which is key for my workflow. No surprises, just dependable service like always. That's why I keep coming back.

Comprehensive tool for projects

I was looking for something to manage a new team project and Taskade came up. The initial setup for our workspace was straightforward. We used the Kanban Boards for task tracking and the Team Chat for quick comms, which worked well. Delivery of the service itself was instant, of course, being a software. I had a quick question about setting up a custom template and their support chat was helpful, giving me clear instructions within minutes. The AI Writing Assistant has been a nice bonus for drafting project descriptions. Overall, it's a robust platform that handled our needs effectively. It's a good alternative to some other tools I've tried.
